Wyatt N. Broocks

Wyatt Broocks is an associate with Gjerset & Lorenz, LLP. Mr. Broocks focuses his practice on advising hospitals and physician groups on various transactional, state and federal regulatory compliance, legislative and reimbursement matters related to their participation in disproportionate share hospital programs, upper payment limit demonstrations, Medicaid managed care directed payment and quality incentive programs, Section 1115 and 1915(b) waivers, and graduate medical education programs.

While at the Washington University School of Law, Mr. Broocks interned for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of Illinois, where he primarily assisted on matters involving white-collar fraud. Mr. Broocks was also a student attorney for the Washington University First Amendment Clinic, where his work focused on speech regulation under the Missouri Administrative Procedure Act.
